Penelitian ini berjudul “Dampak Kualitas Produk Informasi Tehadap Kepuasan Kerja Pengguna Sistem Informasi Keuangan Pada Koperasi Kredit/CU Cinta Kasih Medan” yang bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh sistem-sistem informasi pada hasil-hasil terkait kerja. Penelitian ini fokus terhadap variabel kualitas produk informasi (Quality of Information Product), ambiguitas peran (Role Ambiguity), konflik peran (Role Conflict), kepuasan kerja (Job Satisfaction). Penelitian ini mengambil sampel para pegawai Koperasi Kredit / CU Cinta Kasih. Sampel responden diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sampling aksidental.
