This study aims to analyze and determine the management of Sei Bejangkar Plantation village funds in Batu Bara Regency. The research method used is a type of descriptive approach with a qualitative approach, namely solving the problem being researched by describing the condition of the Sei Bejangkar Plantation office, Batu Bara Regency in managing village funds based on facts that occur in the field through interviews, documentation, and observation methods. The results of the study show that the management of Sei Bejangkar Plantation village funds, Batu Bara Regency, is quite transparent, it's just that the recording of incoming and outgoing cash is not in accordance with the RKP-village because village funds are planned to be used for village needs in the era of the Covid 19 pandemic, lack of understanding of village officials in managing village funds due to the lack of education of village officials so that it hinders the performance of village officials and village progress.
